Horses at Bent River Equestrian receive quality boarding, training and care. Each horse is developed thoughtfully and with his best interests and performance at heart. We incorporate a variety of methods into your horse's program, such as long lining and hacking to ensure your horse is of sound body and confident mind. We pride ourselves in promoting your horse's wellbeing as he develops into his fittest and best self. We offer individualized care to keep your horse comfortable and happy in and out of work.
Our full training board model offers many benefits, including the following:
-5 training rides/lessons week (owner/horse dependent)
-Full care (hay, grain, shavings, flyspray/showsheen)
-Individual or small group turnout
Trainer lives above barn
-Handling for farrier/vet/bodyworker
Full training and board benefits horses and owners alike, allowing owners the time to really focus on their own riding and skill development! Whether we are starting your young horse or supporting you as a rider, joining the community at Bent River Equestrian eases your mind and allows you the opportunity to connect and love your horse.
From proper starts to Grand Prix, we are willing to support your horse in its development and growth in the connection. We are able to get horses going under saddle for the first time and improve upon their natural gaits very quickly thanks to our experience longlining. Nothing is more fulfilling to us than helping owners and horses achieve excellence.
